About the artist....

Judi Miller Bussell was one of the most celebrated dog and child portrait artists for thirty years in her native home of Juneau, Alaska.  She was a three-year award winner of the University of Alaska talent grant and has exhibited her work all over the world and also at the World Trade Show in Dallas, Texas.

She designed the cover and illustrated "The Dog Vinci Code", a dog behavior and training book by author John Rogerson.  

Currently she resides in Reidsville, North Carolina, works at Duke University and enjoys painting in oils, playing bass guitar and enjoying time with her husband Wayne.
